Refund policy
We have a 10-day exchange policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
To request an exchange, your item must be new, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items may be subject to a restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damages and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and resolve it.
